Module 1: Inner worth + body love
Accepting, nourishing and loving our bodies is the most important foundational practice of sexual empowerment. Taking back our power from being objectified and valued on how we look to feeling and appreciating our bodies from the inside out. That’s essential for building the inner basis for feeling worthy of pleasure, worthy of belonging, worthy of our own and others affection and attention. This module consists of the most potent body-loving practices you can get your hands on to let pleasure flow uninhibitedly through your system. Module 2: Shadow alchemy + Inner child work
Removing old blockages from our system so that our bodies can realign and allow us to go in the direction of our deepest desires is a necessary part of any healing journey. Prior adaption to challenging experiences are imprinted in the body-mind as protection mechanisms and will block us from doing things that we deep down desire to do but that feel dangerous for the younger versions of ourselves. We will work effectively with integrating these protection mechanisms so that all parts of us are realigned to create the empowered sexual reality that we desire.
Module 3: Releasing, receiving + relaxing into pleasure
Most feminine beings have a hard time receiving pleasure without feeling resistance in their system. There are a lot of reasons to this. Many of us don’t really know what we desire, like and need to feel pleasure and so it is hard to guide our partners to what we like. Getting to know our bodies and our desires is crucial for us to relax into pleasure. We will also practice de-amouring of the vaginal canal to release any old tension and connect to our cervix and uterus to open and relax this powerful feminine space in us to receive.
Module 4: Tantric self-pleasure + yoni worship
This is suuuch a juicy module that however can be challenging to many feminine beings. We get to challenge the old mechanic ways of reaching pleasure and re-sensitise our yoni, deepen into our body and amplify the pleasure into our entire system. Yoni means Sacred Space in Sanskrit so we are going to connect deeply to this beautiful temple between our legs. We get to play with breath, sound, movement and intention in our self-pleasure practice while allowing all of our emotional experiences to arise and release through our bodies.
